Service Development Manager, Scottish Centre for Telehealth and Telecare
Michelle has over 20 years experience of working within Health & Care services as a clinician, researcher, and Service Delivery Manager before moving to her current role as Service Development Manager within NHS 24’s Scottish Centre for Telehealth & Telecare. Michelle has managed a range of Health and Care Community NHS Services and has experience in leading national change & improvement projects for management of Long Term Conditions.
Michelle currently has a lead role in supporting the implementation of the Technology Enabled Care Programme (TEC) funded by the Scottish Government. Prior to this she was the Programme Manager for the United4Health (Remote Telemonitoring) Project in Scotland. Michelle has a central role within SCTT supporting nationally & strategically the implementation and optimisation of ICT policy at scale across Health & Care services delivering innovative, accessible, better integrated and person centred approaches to patient care.
